Dama HD (Turkish Checkers) app for iPhone and iPad

Dama HD is the well known name for the Turkish Checkers game.

Dama HD uses the same board that chess or any other checkers game uses. It is not important that the board is two colored. There are 16 number of pieces (2 rows of pieces) for both sides. There are two types of pieces : regular pieces and Dama (king) pieces.

Turkish checkers is fundamentally different from all other form of checkers. Although the board and number of pieces resemble western checkers and draughts, the similarities are not any further.

Dama çok bilinen satranç tahtasında, ya da kendine has beyaz kareli tahtada, 8x8 bir tahtada, 2 renk ve 16 şar (2 sıra) taş ile oynanır. Tahtanın çift renkli olması önemli değildir. Dahası, profesyonel Dama oyununda tahta tek renk, genelde beyaz ve sadece karelidir.

Dünyada pek çok çeşit dama oynanmaktadır. Tahta ebadı, kare ve taş sayısı aynı olsa da, türk daması hepsinden farklı ve çok daha zevkli bir oyundur.
